We are proud to offer a true piece of Donner Lake history with this charming original cabin, perfectly situated in one of the Sierra Nevada's most iconic and beloved destinations. Donner Lake is a four-season gem — offering crystal-clear swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the summer, and front-row access to world-class skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, all just minutes from your door. This classic cabin has been thoughtfully refreshed with updated cabinetry in the kitchen as well as in the main floor bathroom. All while preserving every bit of its original character. The living room centers around a beautiful brick hearth with a thermostatically controlled gas fireplace — perfect for cozy mountain evenings. The layout offers flexibility with one bedroom and full bath on the main level, and a open bedroom upstairs. Step outside to the spacious front deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing, with peeking views of Donner Lake. Convenient ski storage makes this the ideal base camp for Tahoe's legendary slopes. Two outbuildings provide exceptional storage for all your gear — the first houses the water heater alongside generous storage space, while the second is dedicated storage, ideal for all the toys and equipment that come with Sierra Nevada living. Sold unfurnished and ready for you to make it your own.
